Mention 系统 @username v1.0.3

这个扩展是现在各大社交媒体都在使用的，就是在帖子内使用 @username 的方式，用户会收到相关的提醒通知邮件。
此扩展需要在 ACP 的权限处做出设置，以免被滥用。
输入三个字符后就会出现用户下拉菜单。

This extensions add support for mentioning a user by starting to type a @ in the posting field.
Once you select a user from the dropdown, the @ BBCode will be inserted and after submitting the post it will create a notification to that user.

Please note this extension require phpBB 3.2 and will not work on phpBB 3.1.

当用户被他人 @ 后，默认回事在论坛顶部的 通知 栏里面显示。
也可以设置收到 Email 通知。

Replace atwho library with Tribute
Add option to set the length the extension uses minimum for the
dropdown. If you have a larger board, you might want to increase this
number.
Add option to change the color of the mention in ACP.
